Your order will ship UPS, FedEx, DHL or United States Postal Service. EZEAIRE reserves the right to choose the carrier. We choose which carrier will get it to you the quickest and also which is more likely to get your order to you in the best shape. Can I change or cancel my order?

Do we offer volume pricing for large orders?

Generally no, however you can contact us and request a quote. An item won't be considered volume purchasing unless you are purchasing over 20 of that item.

Will my item look exactly like the picture?

Most of the time, however we cannot guarantee the item will look exactly the same. Use the pictures as a general guideline. We strive to make sure all pictures are accurate. The product will function as stated.

Is it safe to order over the internet?

It is perfectly safe to order over EZEAIRE”s website. EZEAIRE uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer encryption to insure the safety of your information and credit card numbers. EZEAIRE does not store your credit card information! When you place an order, the information is sent directly to the payment processor over the Secure Socket Layer. It never gets stored on our systems. Hence, sometimes we will have to ask for your credit card information again because of this policy.

Can I order by phone or fax?

We do not accept fax orders. We encourage you to use our website though, as it is more convenient for you to be able to place the order any time of day over our website. If you would like to place an order over the internet but, just are not confident, you can do it, call us over our toll free number and a service representative will be more then happy to walk you through. How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, though Pay Pal. You can also send a money order however, this will delay your order. If you wish to send a money order, add the items you wish to purchase to the cart, then print a paper copy of the cart, it will have your total including shipping. Enclose a copy of the cart and include the money order for the total and mail it to.
