Return Policy

At EZEAIRE.com quality merchandise and service are a priority.
We will replace / repair any item that malfunctions due to manufacturing issue. We test EZEAIRE inflator/ deflater and EZE Chuck before they leave the factory. We will replace, repair, or refund due to product malfunction within 30 Days of receipt.

All returns must have a return authorization from us to be credited.
To receive a return authorization you may send us an email

We refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges are also processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.

We refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is due to our error.

We exchange defective merchandise with no additional shipping charges to ship the item(s) to you. For all other exchanges you have to pay for shipment to us and for the exchanged item(s) to you.

Please include the following information with your return package:

Customer Name and Invoice Number

Reason for return

Do you want a refund or replacement merchandise?

If replacement, list replacement merchandise.

The above information must be included or we may not be able to process your return. We recommend sending returns 1st Class or Priority Mail to save on your shipping costs.
